How FOXIFY Works: Calls From Week One, a Business Built Behind Them
Most lead generation for contractors sells you calls and leaves the rest to you. FOXIFY gives you a territory site that already rings, then builds the business that answers it: your setup, your books, your brand and your systems, in 8–12 weeks.
Step 1: Claim
It starts with a free 45-minute Market Readiness call with Greer. We talk through your trade, the part of Tucson you want to work, what you've already set up and how you handle a call at seven on a Friday. You get an honest read on fit, and you'll see which territories are open. If it's right, you claim one. If it isn't, you'll hear that too.
Step 2: The Hunt (8–12 Weeks)
Seven areas, done in order. Eight weeks if your paperwork comes back quickly; up to twelve if life happens. The extra weeks don't cost you calls, because your site is already taking them.
Market research, legal setup and financial setup
Who your customers are, who you're up against and what Tucson pays for your work. Then the name, structure, registration, EIN, permits, state taxes and insurance, done right the first time. Then your bank account, accounting system, budget, tax plan and cash-flow forecast with R.E.Q.M. LLC, with your first three months of books included.
Pricing, a marketing plan and your online presence
Your services and prices, built from what a job really costs you. A marketing plan with a budget and a way to measure it. Your territory site in your brand, a verified Google Business Profile, business email and social handles.
Operations, done in order
Scheduling, tools, workflows, quality checks and a simple operations manual, so the business runs when you're on a roof.
What a week in The Hunt looks like
A short check-in with Greer, a few tasks on your list (sign this, send that, approve a logo) and the rest handled by the team. You spend most of the week doing what you're licensed to do: taking calls from your territory site and doing the work.
Your site takes calls the whole time
Your name, license and number go on your territory site at the start. Every job you book during The Hunt can help cover the cost of your launch.
Step 3: Earn Your Tails
In Japanese tradition, the fox grows a new tail with each stage of wisdom. Over your first 6–12 months you earn nine, three at each stage.
- Launch: Open for Business, First Call Answered, First Paid Job.
- Grow: Clean Books (three months straight), Trusted (4★+ reviews, calls returned on time), First Profitable Month.
- Thrive: Business Credit, First Hire or Second Truck, Full Strength.
Lead Generation for Contractors, Done Differently
Exclusive, not shared
Lead marketplaces often sell the same homeowner to three or four contractors and let you race for the job. A FOXIFY territory has one owner per trade. Every call, text and form from your site comes to you.
Your name on a site that already ranks
Not a blank page and a six-month wait. A site Google already knows, working your territory from the day your name goes on it.
Backed by the business, not just the phone
Most lead programs end at the ring. FOXIFY keeps going: we help you price the job so it pays, set up the books so you can see it, and build the systems so the next call gets answered too.
Pay Per Lead First, Then a Flat Rate
Months 3–6: pay per lead from a prepaid wallet
After your launch, you keep a wallet topped up and each qualified call is deducted from it. You see every call, what it cost and the recording.
Month 7 on: a flat monthly rate from your real numbers
Set from your trade and your actual call history, then reviewed as you grow, so you're never over- or under-charged.
48 hours to dispute a call
A call counts only if it meets all five: it lasts at least 45 seconds, asks for a service you offer, comes from inside your territory, isn't a number you were billed for in the last 30 days, and is a real inquiry, not a wrong number, a solicitor or spam. If one slips through, flag it within 48 hours.
Rent a Website, Then Make It Yours
You start on FOXIFY's territory site in FOXIFY's design. The day your brand is finished, the site switches to your name, logo and colors. At the end of two years, you choose: keep renting, buy the site and its address, or have us build on your own domain. We'll lay out the options and the numbers.
Base Camp or The Hunt?
Base Camp
For owners with the license, the business formed (or filed and pending) and a finished name and logo with print- and web-ready files. We start with your books and accounting review with R.E.Q.M. LLC, then your online presence.
The Hunt
For owners starting from the license. The full 8–12 week launch, all seven areas.
What We Ask of You
- Answer the phone. Exclusive territories only work if calls get picked up.
- Call customers back the same day.
- Keep reviews at 4 stars or above. You can't please everybody, and we don't expect you to. Tell us what happened; we may be able to help with the grumpy ones.
- Send what we ask for within five business days, so your launch doesn't stall.
- Keep quarterly accounting with R.E.Q.M. LLC for your first two quarters. After that, stay with R.E.Q.M. or send us your reports.
Questions About the Program
What is pay per lead?
You pay only for the qualified calls your site sends you, from a prepaid wallet, instead of a flat fee for marketing that may not work. FOXIFY uses it for months 3–6, then switches to a flat rate based on your numbers.
What counts as a lead?
A call that meets all five rules: at least 45 seconds, a service you offer, inside your territory, not billed to you in the last 30 days, and a real inquiry. Every charge comes with its recording, and you have 48 hours to dispute one.
What's the difference between Base Camp and The Hunt?
Base Camp is for owners who already have the license, the business formed and a logo; we start with the books and your online presence. The Hunt is the full 8–12 week launch.
How is the flat rate set?
From your actual call history and results in months 3–6, then reviewed as you grow.
Can I reserve a territory before I'm licensed?
If you'll be licensed and ready within three or four months, yes. A deposit holds your territory and we'll have it ready when you are.
What happens if I can't answer the calls?
These are exclusive territories, so we need owners who answer promptly and call customers back. Tell us early. We'll talk it through before anything changes.
When It's Claimed, It's Gone.
One owner per trade per territory. Book a free 45-minute call and we'll show you which territories are open, what's included and whether it's the right move.
