Who we are
FOXIFY is a business launch program by Desert Fox Digital, LLC ("FOXIFY," "we"), based in Tucson, Arizona. Questions about this policy: info@foxifybiz.com or 520.354.7635.
What we collect
- Information you give us in forms on this site, such as the guide download and contact forms: your name, email, phone, trade, ZIP codes, license status and anything else you type in.
- Scheduling. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter.
- Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the number and conversation so we can follow up. On the territory websites we operate for FOXIFY owners, a call-tracking provider records the phone number, time, duration and, where allowed, the call itself, so calls can be routed to the right business, measured and billed.
- Usage data. Our analytics tool records pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived. It uses cookies or similar technology.
How we use it
- To reply to you, send the guides you asked for, assess fit and provide our services.
- To route, track and bill calls for territory owners, and to handle disputes.
- To understand and improve our website and marketing.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our form processor Web3Forms, call-tracking, analytics, scheduling, email and payment providers), each bound to use it only for that purpose; with our accounting partner R.E.Q.M. LLC where you've asked for those services; or when the law requires it.
If you contact a business through one of our territory websites, your inquiry goes to the business serving that territory so they can help you.
Texts and calls
If you give us your number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or account. We do not send marketing texts without your consent. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Cookies and analytics
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information (like card numbers) through our forms.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@foxifybiz.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
