Tucson Territories: One Owner Per Trade, No Shared Calls
Each FOXIFY territory is a live website built for one trade in one part of Tucson, already showing up when homeowners search. We place it with one owner. The home service leads it brings in go to you, and only you.
Territory Map and Availability
Territories are drawn by ZIP code and set when the first owner signs on. Each trade below shows whether it's open, reserved or opening soon.
HVAC Marketing and Exclusive HVAC Leads
In Tucson, HVAC isn't seasonal so much as relentless. When it's 112° in June, a dead AC isn't an inconvenience, it's an emergency, and homeowners call whoever shows up first on Google. Monsoon storms add power surges and fried capacitors. Then the short winter brings a wave of heat-pump and furnace calls from people who forgot they had one.
What a good HVAC call looks like
No cooling, no heat, a unit that won't stop running, a tune-up before summer, or a replacement quote on a 15-year-old system. Maintenance agreements sold on those first calls are what carry an HVAC business through October.
Who does well with this territory
An owner who can answer the phone at 4 p.m. on the hottest day of the year, or has someone who will. Speed wins in Tucson HVAC: the homeowner sitting in a 90° living room books the first company that calls back with a time.
Searches you'll catch: AC repair near me, AC not blowing cold, heat pump repair, furnace tune-up, new AC unit cost, emergency AC repair.
Plumbing Marketing and Plumbing Leads
Tucson's hard water is good for plumbers and bad for everything it touches: water heaters, fixtures, softeners and slab pipes. Older central-Tucson homes add galvanized lines and cast-iron drains, and a winter freeze night every year or two sends calls through the roof, sometimes literally.
What a good plumbing call looks like
A water heater that quit, a slab leak, a backed-up main, a water softener or a remodel rough-in. Water heater replacements alone can keep a new shop busy.
Who does well with this territory
A plumber who shows up when they say they will and explains the fix in plain English. Homeowners with water on the floor remember who calmed them down, and they leave the reviews that win the next call.
Searches you'll catch: water heater repair, slab leak detection, drain cleaning, plumber near me, water softener installation, burst pipe repair.
Electrician Marketing and Electrical Leads
Tucson is adding solar, EV chargers and bigger panels faster than its older homes were wired for. Monsoon lightning and outages bring surge and repair calls every summer, and a lot of 1960s and 70s homes still have panels that should have retired years ago.
What a good electrical call looks like
Panel upgrades, EV charger installs, ceiling fans and lighting, outlets that stopped working after a storm, or a pre-sale inspection fix list.
Who does well with this territory
An electrician who's comfortable quoting panel and EV work and walking a homeowner through permits. Clean work, photos and a tidy job site turn one install into a neighborhood of referrals.
Searches you'll catch: electrician near me, panel upgrade, EV charger installation, outlet not working, ceiling fan installation, electrical inspection.
Roofing Marketing and Exclusive Roofing Leads
Monsoon season is roofing season. One July storm can turn a quiet week into a waiting list: wind damage, leaks over the living room, and flat roofs that ponded once too often. Tucson's sun wears coatings and tiles underlayment down faster than homeowners expect, so the rest of the year runs on inspections, recoats and repairs.
What a good roofing call looks like
Storm damage, an active leak, a flat-roof recoat, tile underlayment replacement, or an inspection for a home sale.
Who does well with this territory
A roofer with crews and materials lined up before July, and the patience to work with insurance adjusters. Fast inspections and clear photos are what turn a storm call into a signed job.
Searches you'll catch: roof repair near me, roof leak repair, flat roof coating, monsoon roof damage, tile roof underlayment, roof inspection.
Moving Company Marketing and Moving Leads
Tucson moves in waves: University of Arizona students every May and August, snowbirds every fall and spring, military families at Davis-Monthan, and a steady stream of people relocating from out of state. Summer moves start at dawn to beat the heat, and the movers who answer the phone that week get booked out.
What a good moving call looks like
A full-home local move with a firm date, a senior downsizing, an apartment move with packing, or a long-distance quote.
Who does well with this territory
A mover with reliable crews, honest written estimates and a plan for the peak weeks. In moving, reviews are everything: one careful crew on a hard move is worth more than any ad.
Searches you'll catch: movers near me, local moving company, moving help, senior moving services, apartment movers, packing services.
Pest Control Marketing and Pest Control Leads
In the Sonoran Desert, pest control isn't optional. Scorpions, especially bark scorpions, send homeowners searching at midnight. Termites keep working year-round, monsoon humidity brings roaches and crickets out in force, and pack rats move into engines and attics every winter. Most of it comes back, which is why quarterly service plans are the backbone of a pest business here.
What a good pest call looks like
Scorpion treatment, a termite inspection for a home sale, a roach or rodent problem, or a homeowner ready for quarterly service.
Who does well with this territory
A licensed operator who sells the second visit on the first one. Recurring plans are the business here, and owners who build tight routes by neighborhood keep more of every visit.
Searches you'll catch: scorpion control, pest control near me, termite inspection, roach exterminator, pack rat removal, quarterly pest service.
Control de Plagas: Tucson's Spanish-Language Territory
A big share of Tucson speaks Spanish at home, and almost nobody in the trades markets to them in Spanish. Our Spanish-language pest control site, controldeplagastucson.com (opens in a new tab), already works that market: Spanish-speaking homeowners searching for scorpion, termite and roach treatment in their own language. It's a separate territory with its own owner.
Who does well with this territory
A licensed pest control operator who speaks Spanish with customers, on the phone and at the door. Trust is everything here: callers want to explain the problem in their own language and hear the treatment plan the same way.

How We Choose Territory Owners
Because every territory is exclusive, we're careful about who gets one. On the Market Readiness call we ask about your license, your crew, your capacity and how you handle a call that comes in at seven on a Friday. We look for owners who answer the phone, call customers back the same day and keep their reviews at four stars or better. It isn't about who pays the most. It's about who will still be taking care of that territory's customers two years from now. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you why, and point you somewhere better.
New Trades Opening Soon
We open a new territory when there's real search demand in Tucson and the right owner to take it. If your trade isn't listed, tell us. And if you'll be licensed and ready within three or four months, you can reserve your trade now with a deposit, and we'll have the site ready when you are.
Need After-Hours Emergency Calls?
Our 24/7 emergency sites work a little differently: each one serves two owners, each exclusive in their own ZIP-code zone, and callers enter their ZIP to reach the right crew. They're run by Desert Fox Digital for established HVAC and plumbing crews with real after-hours capacity.
Questions About Territories
What makes these home service leads exclusive?
Each call goes to only one business. On a FOXIFY territory site, every call goes to you, not to three or four competitors at once.
Isn't the Spanish-language site competition for the Pest Control territory?
It's a separate territory for a different set of customers: Spanish-speaking homeowners searching in Spanish. It has its own owner, and both owners know about each other before they sign. It's the only trade with two territories, and it's the only exception to one owner per trade.
How big is a territory?
Territories are drawn by ZIP code and set when the first owner signs on, based on search demand for your trade in that part of Tucson. We'll show you the exact ZIP codes on the call.
What if my trade's territory is already claimed?
Join the waitlist. We'll contact you if it opens up or when we add a new area.
Can I reserve a territory before I'm ready?
If you'll be licensed and ready within three or four months, yes. A deposit holds it, and the site keeps building traction while you finish.
Do you cover areas outside Tucson?
Not yet. Every FOXIFY territory site is Tucson-based today. Phoenix and Scottsdale are on the map for later.
Can I claim more than one territory?
Once your first territory is running well, yes, if the next one is open. Most owners grow into a second area after their first year.
How many calls will a territory bring in?
Call volume varies by trade, season and territory; no specific number of calls, jobs or revenue is guaranteed. On the call, we'll share what we know about your trade and area.
